Use Telegram alongside Workspace
Link your Kirado account, make a specific request, and review supported business actions from chat.

Workspace is Kirado’s main browser interface. Telegram is another way to reach supported business workflows when you are away from your desk. It uses your linked company access; it is not a separate set of business records.
Link the right account and company
Use Kirado’s Telegram connection flow and the bot configured for your company. Depending on setup, that may be the built-in bot or a company bot. Each person uses their own account link so actions follow their role and permissions.
Before sending a request, confirm that you are talking to the intended bot and using the correct company. Available commands and capabilities depend on the bot’s configuration as well as your access.
Be specific about the request
For a question, include a period or a record identifier: “Show unpaid invoices for [customer code] this month.” For invoice preparation, include the customer, items or service, quantity, and agreed price. Replace the brackets with your actual details.
Kirado may need more information before it can continue. A short message does not mean that missing prices, tax, or customer details can safely be guessed. Response time depends on the request and the work involved.
Review document capture and actions
Where document capture is enabled, you can send a supported document for OCR extraction. Check the extracted supplier, date, line items, and totals before continuing. A scan is not proof that the resulting business record is correct.
Follow the confirmation or approval shown for the proposed action. Preparing an invoice and delivering its PDF are separate steps; check the reply to see which outcome actually completed. See the review guide for what to inspect.
Know what carries across channels
Telegram uses the same subscription’s AI and document-scan allowances; it does not add a separate allowance. See Pricing for plan details.
You can also open Workspace in a mobile browser to use its task interface and inspect business records directly. A dedicated mobile app is coming soon; Telegram remains an optional channel, not that mobile app.
