Your first conversation in Workspace

Choose a company, ask a focused question, and learn how to start and follow a Work task.

  • Getting started
  • Workspace

Workspace is the main place to ask questions and delegate business tasks in Kirado. Start with one small request so you can see what it reads, what it does, and where your input is needed.

Choose the right company

Sign in and check the selected company before you start. Its records and your role determine what Kirado can access. If you are exploring, use a separate Sample company instead of entering real customer information. Sample data is temporary; Pricing explains evaluation access and Sample limits.

Ask a focused question

Choose Ask when you want information without changing business records. Name the period, customer, or document you mean. For example, “Show overdue invoices as of today, grouped by customer” is more useful than “How are things?”

Check the answer against the relevant invoice or report when the detail matters. If the result is too broad, narrow the question in the same conversation. An answer reflects the records Kirado can access; it cannot account for a payment or order that has not been recorded.

Start a Work task

Choose Work when you want an outcome such as preparing an invoice or updating a customer. Include the record identifier, the change you want, and any details that must stay the same. Replace placeholders in example requests before sending.

If Ask identifies a request for a change, it can offer a handoff to Work. Review the handoff before starting the task. Once work begins, follow its progress and respond to requests for details, confirmation, or approval. The review guide explains those checkpoints.

Return to a task

Reopen the original Work conversation to see its latest state. Closing a browser tab does not discard a background task, but work can pause for your input or stop at an error or usage limit.

Read the result and any completed steps before retrying. Use resume, retry, or cancel only when the interface offers that action. Starting the same request again is a new task, not a way to inspect the old one.

Use the browser that suits your day

Workspace is available in desktop and mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is coming soon. Telegram is an additional channel for supported workflows; its setup and usage are covered separately.
