AI tokens measure the text processed and generated, not a fixed number of messages. Actual usage depends on the request. Allowances and features follow the plan configured in the app.

Common questions
Is Explore a free trial with an end date?
Explore has a small lifetime evaluation allowance, not a monthly reset or a time-triggered downgrade. It is intended for trying Kirado, rather than running your business indefinitely. The temporary Sample company has its own lifecycle.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one person in the subscription workspace, including its owner and invited members. The same person accessing multiple companies in that workspace counts once. A Telegram-only member also uses a seat. Each paid seat has its own AI and document-scan allowance.
How is a Sample company different from my own company?
A Sample company contains practice data and does not use a paid-company slot. By default it becomes read-only after 14 days and is deleted after 30 days. The workspace’s first paid period can extend that deletion date; check the date shown in the app. Your own company is separate from this temporary sample.
What happens when I use up an allowance?
The affected AI or document-scan action stops when its allowance is exhausted. Paid monthly allowances reset with the applicable usage period; Explore’s lifetime allowance does not. Daily safety limits also apply. Telegram shares the same allowance, so switching channels does not add capacity. Check your usage and available plans in the app.
Where do I subscribe or change my plan?
Create an account, then open Billing in Kirado. The app shows the plans currently available, seat quantity, and final price before checkout. Existing subscribers can use the available billing controls to manage their subscription. Marketing buttons do not start a payment or preselect a plan.
Kirado supports everyday invoicing and business operations. It is not intended to replace your official accounting system, statutory reporting, tax filing, or professional advice.
